Standard Trim

• Up to one inch taken off in length
• No change to design line (shape)
• 4 - 8 weeks hair growth removed
• Standard trims involve NO Xtras (or specialised cutting techniques)

​Standard Restyle

• More than two inches off and less than four inches removed
• Change of design line (shape)
• 10 - 16 weeks hair growth removed (or 2 - 4 months)
• Involves all four Xtras

• Xtras are;
  1. ​specialised cutting techniques (ie, slicing texturising, razoring, chipping, twist split ends removal etc)
  2. thinning
  3. xtra length removed

• All four types combined together in one hairstyle create a standard restyle
• Xtras are used where a full standard restyle may not apply and client has received more than a standard trim​
