Seeking Senior Stylists For Our Busy Hawkes Bay Haircutting Salons

Hair 2 Go is seeking four experienced Senior Stylists to work within our four salons, all located in our sunny welcoming Hawkes Bay NZ region.

Hair 2 Go is a privately owned highly reputable group of Unisex No Appointment haircutting salons. We take pride in delivering high quality, value for money, personalised services to our broad customer range; from young children, youth, men and women through to the elderly. You will be responsible for providing the following Senior Stylist services that include: specialised haircutting and styling, blow wave curling/straightening services, barbering, beard trims, professional hair care product advice and sales, reception and administration duties, peer training and support.

We offer a full-time position with an excellent base wage remuneration package of $49,080 pa for a guaranteed minimum 34 hours pw, with opportunity to pick up extra hours and earn additional bonuses, rewards and financial incentives for hours worked and client coverage. Salons operate 6 days per week with staff rosters covering open hours.

A genuine passion for hairdressing and/or barbering, delivering exceptional client services
A minimum of 4-5 years Hairstylist industry experience (inclusive of education)
A trade qualification in Ladies Hairdressing and/or Barbering (or equivalent)
An ability to manage peak service periods, keen to support other staff and share workload capacity equally
A commitment to provide quality services with a customer focus to a high level of customer satisfaction
A desire to undertake training to extend skills, product knowledge, fashion forward styles and industry trends
